Meet your Chamber President, Josh Bastian, Senior Vice President, DryMaster 

Josh is responsible for leading the DryMaster vision to restore lives, businesses and to communities. He works diligently to implement the company’s core values: Integrity, Honesty, Customer Service, Trust and The Golden Rule.

Josh holds the California Class B General Building, Class C-36 Plumbing, Class C-11 Elevator Installation and C-22 Asbestos Abatement licenses (991029). He has also completed vocational school with the National Elevator Industry Educational Program and received the Property Technical Certification from the institutes Risk & Insurance Knowledge Group. Josh continues to grow his technical knowledge and skills to accurately adjust to the often changing residential and commercial property damage industry.

Josh is a certified Asbestos Abatement Contractor and also received his certification from the South Coast Air Quality Management District for Rule 1403 – Asbestos Emission from Demolition/Renovation Activities. Josh holds his Water Damage Restoration and Mold Remediation Technician with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC).

Josh was born in Chicago and raised in Mission Viejo. He now lives in Dove Canyon with his wife and two children. His adult son serves in the US Coast Guard in Clearwater, Florida. Josh spends any spare time working on the RSM Chamber of Commerce and serves as their Board's President. Most importantly, Josh is a dedicated father and Coastie parent.

Try these tips to save even more!

Cook with your grill or microwave to keep your home cooler

Give your air conditioner a rest when you can and cool your home with open windows and fans.

Replace your incandescent light bulbs with more efficient LEDs

Close your blinds to keep out the afternoon heat.

Plug home electronics into power strips and turn off power strips when equipment is not in use.

Unplug electronic devices and chargers when they aren’t in use

Give your dryer a break and hang-dry your clothes.

Set your thermostat to 78 degrees when you are home and to 85 degrees or “off” when you are away.
